Asian oriental cuisine is represented by two regions: Southeast and Far East. The first includes Singaporean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian cuisines, which are an interesting mix of Chinese, Indian, Arabic and even European (thanks to the many immigrants). To the second – the most popular in this Asian cuisine: Chinese, Japanese, Korean.
Distinguishes the dishes of these cuisines a large number of fish and seafood, which are harmoniously combined with rice or noodles, as well as sauces and spices in the main dishes.
There are legends about their benefit, and they fully justify them. The first dishes of these countries deserve special attention. Asian national cuisine recommends many soups, such as Japanese kimchi soup (although Koreans consider it their national dish) or Chinese wonton, which is very similar to our clear soup with dumplings.
